Jashtober Day 10- Ego

god i couldnt think of anything for day 7 . DAY 7 SACRIFICE WHY ARE YOU SO HARD!!!

Most I came up with was this???? Sacrificing their own comfort and usual views to like . Swap. And view it from the others side. ???? [More of an excuse to just draw them in swapped outfits, although hearts like so . not comfortable in this attire it's so baggy on him :sob:] Also just a sort of view on how tall I perceive them to be within my own ideas o7 Imagine fitting wings through shirts man mind is not getting that shirt back its ripped 2 shreds :boom: I FORGOT TO FINISH THIS UNTIL LIKE RIGHT BEFORE I WAS ABT TO SLEEP. n then was like fuccckk if i dont finish this now ill have to do 3 more instead :[ so. enjoys :]

Jashtober days 1-20

Alright, it's a while later than I was hoping to post it, but here it is. Same deal as the warmups, moving my art and commentary over from Twitter, because that site sucks ass <3

Day 1: Single. Didn't realize it meant like.. a music single until the day of, so it's pretty basic. Got a Mr Jash Like ™️ though, so that was a strong start to the project.

Day 2, Astral. Space themed Soul drawing. Soul is the Stars in my hc (the way that Mind is the sun and Heart is the moon in canon), so I figured it would fit well enough.

Day 4, Light. Nothing to really say on this one. (skipped day 3 since it was a duplicate prompt, 'power hour')

Day 5, Angel. My best try at what the angel at the gates in Chonny's inferno looks like. Biblically accurate because it's just cooler. Meant to add a normal-ass clipboard in their hand for the funny, but I forgot.

Day 6, Forest. Dear god, the background on this one killed me. Took many layers and overuse of the blend tool. On another note Mr Jash liked the post on twitter and that, yet again, jumpscared me (This is a pattern /lh)

Day 7, Moss. The little mushrooms were my favorite part to do. Didn't know I would ever call fungi cute, but the little mushrooms were my favorite part to do. Proud of this one overall. And it got Jash liked as well, so! 🎉

Day 8, Tidal. Jesus, did all my ship of theseus drawings do relatively bad in the algorithm. Anyways, this one was based on the fifth ship of theseus. Very pretty color pallete, cool colors.

Day 9, Cruisin'. This one was posted late because I couldn't get the shading right and just left it for the next day. Looks much better now.

Day 11, 8-bit. Dug out my old pixilart account to make this one. (Skipped day 10 because "apathy, haha funny". Also to help stave off burnout)

Day 12, Haiku. Heart coming up with his magnum opus (that line from Haiku/lh). This one's background took forever. Many different layers.

Day 13, Encore. Drew The Announcer, everyone's favorite eldritch horror story narrator. Props to GW for making me actually like Monster Mash, I don't even mind the original one now. Mr Jash liked this one too, so that's nice :]

Day 14, Reflection. Whole with a scribbled out face… cool design, and pretty visually interesting. Happy with this one. It also got jash liked.

Day 15, Momento. Had a hard time drafting this one before I realized "oh.. momento.. like.. momento mori.. I am very dumb". Regardless, very happy with this one. It's probably my favorite out of all the jashtober drawings I've done.

Day 17, Theseus. Based on the first Ship of Theseus song, a drawing of the shipmaker. (Skipped day 16 because it was another repeat prompt, Hindsight)

Day 18, Sunset. Based on the lines "When I woke it was daylight, and the clouds were pink / The sun was coming up or going down, I think" from Drink to Death.

Day 19, Savages. The crowd sure does love an upset.

Day 20, Crowned. Mind. Wanted to add a nightlight in the shape of the sun but the composition got too crowded, so I compromised with the lamp chain.

Jashtober 2024 day 10

I had sooooo much fun with this piece, I even made an alternative version for it! If anyone's keeping up with my art, I know that I haven't been doing it every day. It's mostly to save myself from burning myself out, especially on the prompts where my ideas are low or I'm busy! Anywho, just apathy is probably one of my favorite songs in the entire album and the quote "Consider the possibility that you've been had, but now by me." Might be one of my favorite lines too and so I was super excited to finally get a chance to incorporate it into a drawing.

I hope someone likes it as much as I liked making it, even if there were some challenges within the process!

a redraw again for funz ! sorry i skipped yesterday, i didnt have any ideas and i do just wanna throw this out there also- i probably wont be able to do everyday of jash/cccctober ! i will still try my best and have fun with it regardless ^_^, anyway yappin is over HAEHDASFJD, hope u guys like the art ! :3

Wow! 11 followers! This is going better than I expected! (also is tHAT A COUNT ELLEVEN RE—💥💥💥)

Anyways, I’ve come to post more art teehee. The rest of illustrations I did for the actual Jashtober :]

- Day 1. Single.

(this is one was made on a mini sketch book that’s about the size of my phone while I was on a car. I didn’t like it much, since I feel like this doesn’t look like CJ at all, but Mr. Jash did like it… which surprised me a lot.)

- Day 2. Astral.

(This one was made in a rush. I was running out of time since I had procrastinated all day long, so I threw together whatever came to my head first. Don’t like it much as well.)

- Day 6. Forest.

(This is. By far. The best drawing I’ve made for Jashtober. I loved how it turned out and, even if setting it on fire was a risky move, the photos/video I took of it came out awesome! Post-burning, he [somehow] got a hole in his head?? Which kinda bummed me, but still. Easily one of the best art I’ve done.)

- Days 8+9. Tidal+Crusin’

(Not much commentary on this one since it was kind of made on the spot. I liked it a lot too, but it’s not on the top three lmao. Mr Jash also liked this one :])

- Day 10. Apathy.

(I sketched this one on my mom’s work. Technically speaking, this piece can be considered as vent art since it was made in a time in which I was under a LOT of stress.)

Day 14. Reflection.

(Insert an Abnormality Dancin’ Girl reference here. Not much to say apart from that. Oh and Mr Jash liked it too.)

Day(s) 16 + 23. Hindsight + Flames.

(This one went wrong in all the bad ways. I was supposed to burn paper under the art, but it all went to hell once a particularly bigger piece of paper transferred its flames to the art. However, this turned out SICK. And Mr Jash liked this one too teehee.)

- Day 19. Savages.

(Silly, lazy art, referencing the original music video by That Handsome Devil. I recorded a Timelapse of this one! Should I post it over here?)

(I'm definitely NOT two days late) I decided to release my entirety of Jashtober at the end of the month due to HSC exams draining the soul (HA) outta me, so here we are. Welcome to my absolute hell (I will be adding a few descriptions of each piece because I'm accustomed to do it-)

DAY 1: LUNAR --

I decided to draw each with a random colour palette handed to me by Coolers (cool palette site)

DAY 2: PIT --

I rushed this one (gf was over) he's in a hole he dug for mimb:3

DAY 3: PERCUSSION --

Watermelon colours!! One of my personal favourites. ba dum psstt!

DAY 4: CHICKEN --

Carmilla!! Favourite lesbain!! i had a strict time limit with this piece but i managed and im kind of proud of it:D

DAY 6: NERD --

The hair makes me very happy:3 He is the biggest of nerds<3

The concept of this one was like Mind was manipulating Heart's emotions, like, when Heart wanted to shot Mind but failed, Soul Ripped out his eyes and Mind got the hability to control Heart's feelings, causing him to feel a deep apathy
